Uses 3/4" rebar (not included). These brackets are a heavy duty, all steel construction and very portable. Kit includes both brackets, (1) strip of conveyor belt, and hardware.
Works great! Does exactly what you want it to and is sturdy enough. Have roughly 200 rounds on it at 600 yards and the joints show no wearing. I don’t imagine it’ll survive a bullet impact but if you make your crossbar long enough you shouldn’t have to worry about that.
